All surveyors at Charles Parker Bennett are accredited and full members of the RICS. We also have Expert Witness professionals to help with any legal matters for expert witness reports required for solicitors and legal practitioners.

With technology rapidly evolving throughout the property industry, Charles Parker Bennett combine data sets with the latest gadgets to assist with our physical inspections and reports. We are in constant contact with our technology partners to ensure their offering is robust and as up to date as it can be!
We are a hands-on business, and we use our technology to assist us in the diagnosis and prognosis of any issues within your property. Visits are in person and not via virtual meeting, so we can understand any problems first-hand. Data sets are used for information on issues such as flooding, subsidence prone soil types, coal mining and up to date comparable transactions.
Our surveyors collect your data on iPads and can access portals whilst at your own property or in one you are looking to acquire. This gives them access to historical land use maps, soil conditions, planning portals and even mobile phone coverage and internet speeds if you are curious!
